Sunshine On My Shoulders (Would) Make Me Happy.
Drove down to the Lordville Estate early this morning, stopping briefly at the Troutfitter in Deposit to pick up a new pair of waders. Had an appointment at 10:00 with Hancock Telephone, (now Archtopfiber) to install internet and activate the phone. By noon I was all hooked up. Opened the rod tube on the IM6 that I had sent to Winston for repairs and found that they had done only one of the two jobs. New tip guide was perfect, but the reel seat fell off the rod when I took it out of the tube. Called the repair department and they told me what to use to make the repair, (an "I'm sorry", was surprisingly, never uttered). Will tackle the repair job tomorrow. Spent the afternoon pruning and spraying the fruit trees. The doe with twin fawns came by to browse the pruning's from the plum tree before I was out of the yard.
